“Location, Clewn & Tidy, off street parking Didnt like that the pool was closed for the day & this was not told to us when we booked or even when we checked in. We only found out when we all turned up to the pool in our togs.”

“This is our third or fourth stay. We. Loved our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. No issues whatsoever. The resort is really family friendly with few dining options. The buffet restaurant was wonderful with heaps of options for breakfast and dinner. The Italian wasn't authentic Italian but it was ok. The only suggestion is the water slide was too cold for the kids to go on so they chose to stay in the swimming pool. So I REALLY hope that the hotel invest in heating up the water used...
