“Hilton Gold Coast, does not reach any Hilton’s standards. 1. Bad smelling venue. As soon as you enter in the hotel, there is a strong smell 24 hours of food. 2. Staff member too friendly. At the time of the check in, i noticed a behaviour too friendly. I did not like it. 3. Room DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. As soon as we enter in the room, i have complained about the dirty smell coming from the carpert. “The one bedroom apartment was fantastic for 2. The bedroom and the living room both facing the ocean and with sliding doors. Bathroom with a one person jacuzzi was nice and big with two basins and a window where you could see the ocean through the bedroom. Staff was friendly. Both inside and outside swimming pools could have been a bit warmer to be used in the winter and the sauna was being serviced.”
